He made sure my main worry was sorted - thought I might have a lurking Trojan - and cleared up other problems. He also went over and above by speaking to the people whose solar panels I have as I couldn't follow the instructions they gave me to re-connect my a/c to the internet.

Where do I even start. What a remarkable, intelligent and extremely kind person. This was my first time contacting EB IT and he went truly above and beyond my expectations. I was in contact with Eddie for sometime ensuring all the parts required were purchased and due to personal circumstances, this took an extended period of time. But to Eddies credit, he did not rush me or demand that I fulfil the ticket within a period of time. He was extremely helpful and very understanding during that time. Upon his arrival he put himself across in a very caring manner and he greeted our dogs with a high degree of excitement. Fantastic service. Couldn’t have done more to help. Spent an hour and a half trying to get back into the PC. As part of the service Eddie even offered to take the PC back to the office and reconstruct there. He backed all the files up to external HDD and reinstalled windows.
