Pay As You Go is reactive — something breaks, you call us, we charge our standard rate. Managed IT is proactive — we're watching your systems and fixing things before they become problems, for one fixed monthly fee that already includes remote support and call-outs. Managed gives you predictable costs and less downtime; Pay As You Go gives you flexibility with zero commitment.

Managed IT contracts run for a 12-month minimum to start with, which gives us time to properly get to know your systems. After that it's month-to-month with 30 days' notice if you ever want to cancel.

It depends on the tier. Essential: 4-hour response in business hours. Professional: 2-hour response with extended hours. Enterprise: 1-hour response, 24/7. Critical issues jump the queue on every plan, regardless of tier.

Yes — we work with whatever you've already got. During onboarding we review your current setup, document everything properly, and plug in our monitoring and management tools alongside it. If we spot anything worth improving, we'll flag it, but nothing changes without you knowing first.

Extra onsite visits are available at a discounted rate, or we can move you up to a higher tier if it's becoming a regular thing. In practice, most issues get sorted remotely anyway, so onsite visits are rarer than people expect.
